Im sending this in regards to a current judgment lodged against me by Bank of America since 2010. I have attempted to work with your legal department for 2-3 weeks and each time I contact them I get the same run around response, its being reviewed. This letter is in reference to an old account ending in 1961. I had to eventually file Chapter 13 Bankruptcy do too a serious health issue which caused me to lose gainful employment. This medical condition ultimately led to me being permanently and totally disabled. I completed my Chapter 13 with total satisfaction of the court and paid the allocated amount outlined by the trustee for account ......1961, Bank of America account and all other accounts within the court judgment. However Bank of America never and to the typing of this letter hasnt removed or dismissed the judgment against me as evidenced in my current up to date credit reports. I am therefore requesting directly from you your intervention in rectifying and correcting this unfair and life altering credit situation which is affecting my future in attempting to re-establish my credit. Your subordinates apparently dont see a need for any expedience in assisting me in correcting this situation. The judgment was filed by Bank of America, utilizing an attorney through The Eaton Group of Baton Rouge La. I have contacted the Calcasieu City Court where the judgment is filed, Ref# 102024, The Eaton Group, my Chapter 13 attorney, and your internal Legal section and get nothing but the runaround. Each of the entities Ive contacted say they cant do anything, that the judgment has to be removed, dismissed by Bank of America. Bank of America account# .....1961 has been paid in full as allocated by the Chapter 13 court case 11-20909. I am therefore requesting you get involved in this serious situation and expedite clearing the judgment against me and contact the 3 credit bureaus as well as myself with a written letter informing the judgment is dismissed by Bank of America.

I have gotten a conditional approval through a mortgage broker to purchase a home to which the conditional aspect is that the judgment by Bank of America against me be removed from my credit reports and I provide them a formal confirmation letter by Bank of America.
I appreciate in advance any/all assistance you can provide in rectifying this situation so I may continue moving forward in purchasing a home and re-establishing myself in the positive credit market. Please feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns anytime regarding this situation/request.

Sincerely,
Mike W. Martin
