Was treated unbelievably rudely by Conductor Liz on train 291 on 6/29/15. She told me – Joseph Boardman email address

Michael sent a message to Joseph H. Boardman CEO, Amtrak that said:
Was treated unbelievably rudely by Conductor Liz on train 291 on 6/29/15. She told me passengers to Albany were to sit in first two cars. Asked her which way the back of the train was, first she ignored me and then yelled at me that she told me where to sit. Never did tell me where rear of train was. I figured it out. First two cars are the least safe in an accident! If she worked for me I would fire her or at least get her some training on how to treat a customer. Might want to dock her a weeks pay. I am not there to sit in a car so it is easier for the conductor! I will sit where I deem it to be safer. I asked a simple question which should have been responded to appropriately.
