Dear Mr. Pittman,
I am writing to let you know what a terrific employee you have in Pamela Washington at your Bala Cynwyd office.
About 3 miles from the office my bicycle tire went flat as I was headed to the office to pick up tickets. She called an engineer at the station who brought in a portable pump and filled the tire. Then she gave me water for my trip back.
The tire went flat again but I felt so good from her act of kindness that the 6 mile walk home didn't matter.
I was Treasurer at a Fortune 500 company and people with technical skills are plentiful, but it's those who take care of the customer who make or break the company.
Because of Pamela I made it home safely and she even called to make sure I made it.
