Münir Anıl sent a message to Akio Toyoda that said:

Dear Akio Toyoda,
I am a faculty member at the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Ondokuz Mayis University, Samsun.
I bought a vehicle in the Toyota Corolla 1.6 Gasoline Manual Gear Advance package from your Samsun/Turkey Derindere Koçak dealer. I finished the traffic on December 3, 2015.
I have been caring for my vehicle regularly in Samsun/Turkey Derindere Koçak. My vehicle is now 61000 km.
I did not have a complaint that I noticed that the lower part of the vehicle was very close to the ground until I received the vehicle and it was very close to the ground. I have even recommended the tool to my friend and some of my friends bought the same car.
When I entered the Derindere Koçak service for maintenance of 30000 km of my vehicle, they said that the brake axes were finished, they would change and the discs would be turned. When I say that the brake pads end at 30000 km, they also reported that the green balata does not contain asbestos, so it ends early. I told them to do whatever they needed. In addition to maintenance external brake pad + turning + v.s. I paid.
Before that date, my attention was not in that direction, but when the brake pads changed, I started to listen to the brake zone when using the car. As a result, I noticed that the brake pads severely rub against the discs. The brake pads are rubbing against the discs repeatedly, so the brake pads end early. They also heard this sound clearly when we were driving, but they could not find a solution even though I went to the service several times. They even changed the pads once again. I also claim that the brake center does not pull back the brakes from time to time. He was not accepted. I insisted, but my problem is not solved. After a while my vehicle was called to service. The technical staff informed me by phone and they said they were normal and said they could not do anything. I then conveyed the situation to the center and I told Seda Pehlivanoğlu my problem, but after all the transactions, the service could not find a solution again. At 60000 km, the brake pads will be finished without this friction and the brake center claims that it does not pull back the brakes from time to time, but they still have no solution. My problem was still not solved and it was not solved again.
I recently explained that when I went for the maintenance of 60000 km on 26 September 2018, they couldn't find a solution, they even said that the rear brakes should change after 1000 km and the front brakes should change after 3000 km. As of now, there is friction from the brake pads. The warranty of my vehicle ends at the end of November 2018. I've been dealing with this problem for more than two years.
've been having this problem for more than two years.
Toyota center in Turkey on October 8 e-mail I wrote to complain.
Seda Pehlivaoğlu called me today by phone said this is not a problem.
My problem is not solved. My car is still rubbed on the lining.
I would like to thank you in advance for all the procedures you will do to solve my problem with the brake pad rubbing sound, I wish you success in your work.
