Dear Mr. Toyoda I purchased a 2019 Corolla Hatchback on Nov 5, 2018 here in USA. Within one week at 632 miles the new car overheated, lost power and leaked all coolant which could not be refilled; enroute to a meeting I of course missed it. I was told a recycle valve leaked the coolant. I bought the car because of QDR which i highly expected, specially being built in Japan. I am a loyal Toyota owner / purchaser for decades and never had this kind of problem. I am scared, disappointed & only reach out to you because Toyota USA Customer Experience Supervisor Monica Sherri told me that is what the warranty is for. I felt some good faith compensation is in order for such an aberration of Toyota's legendary QDR. Whatever you decide I wanted you to know the way the client is being dismissed. I continue to admire your leadership and Love my Toyotas.
