I would like to bring to your attention for proper disposition the case of seems to be âunfair dealâ when my spouse in leased an new 2018 Toyota Corolla [VIN 5YFBURHE9JP819906] about 2 months ago from Toyota of Glendale, California.
Since Toyota has a special cash rebate incentive, of $2,000, my spouse leased the 2018 Toyota Corolla with the understanding that Toyota is to apply the said $2,000 incentive to the âwear & tear, mileage & other costsâ of the turned in 2016 Toyota Corolla [VIN 5YFBURHE7GP383548]. Also, the cost of remaining lease payments of 2016 Toyota Corolla totaling to more than $2,400 was included the new lease.
Yesterday, she received a bill from Toyota asking her to pay about $2027.00 for the âwear & tear, mileage & other costsâ of the turned in vehicle. She called Toyota and there is no certainty of favorable resolution and advising here the dealer should take care of it. She previously talked to the dealer and the situation is not encouraging. Now, she is more confuse because TOYOTA and the dealer are pointing fingers. Had she known she has to pay such exorbitant charges, she would have otherwise leased a different brand, like a Honda Civic from Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, California, where nothing like this has ever happened.
In view of the foregoing, we imploring your kindness and prove to us that TOYOTA does do underhanded UNFAIR DEAL?.
