@Plaid_Toyoda – Akio Toyoda – Dear Sir, I am writing to you in regards to my 2004 Toyota Tacoma truck

Cathy Gorniewicz sent a message to Akio Toyoda that said:

Dear Sir, I am writing to you in regards to my 2004 Toyota Tacoma truck. I am retired American Army. When I returned from Iraq in 2004 I used my war money to buy a new Toyota truck. It is small. I am small. I like it. The Toyota dealership on 28th Street in grand Rapids Michigan services and repairs my truck, nobody else. They are always polite and work good. When I learned about possible problems with the frame and it needed to be undercoated, they did that. Every year they take care of my truck. Recently they serviced and repaired my truck. But they told me about a big hole in my truck's frame. they said they would call the main office to see if it was covered under a warranty, but his face said no. I crawled under my truck and the rust is thick and everywhere, and I saw the hole. I am afraid my little truck will not live as long as me. I wanted the truck to be my last vehicle. The mileage is 117,244. It does not sit outside. I am disappointed and very sad and confused. If I have wasted your time, I apologize. With humble respect, Cathy
