Hi Mr Toyoda,

I am at a loss right now. Because the beautiful Lexus LX470 that I have is on Limp Mode. Lexus Canada refuse to help me fix the car under Customer Service Program that was going in august 2016. My car developed a total loss of power in February 2017. I just missed the campaign by 7 months.

In Feb 2017, Lexus dealer did not follow a proper CSP that was issues. They just replaced a small item and call it fixed. But the problem of total loss of power comes back in October 2017.

They don't honor their work warranty. Now my car is limp mode for almost 1 year. And I already spent $2500 Canadian dollars and the car still total loss of power.

I am a nobody, I don't have huge folower so I have to deal with this issue on my own money. But deep down I believe toyota is a respectable company that stand by their repair work.

I called Lexus of USA to open a case. but they refuse to create a case. I have no where to go, I am at a lost. I really hope Mr Toyoda you can help me.
