I would like to make a official complaint about Toyota Insurance.
My step son had an accident on 01/10/15 and Toyota Insurance was notified.
It took a week a to get a quote organized numerous phone calls from us.
The lack of support and communication from this Representative of your corporation is a disgrace.
Your sales, dealership all up hold the company values "Honest, integrity and customer service" its a major pitty that Toyota insurance does not follow the same principles.
