I think you need to know what kind of service your customers receive. My husband and I leased Toyota for many years. I just received the lease end bill and it is outrageous that they are charging me for new tires, for a new grill because it has a little paint chip.
They do not respect old customers and expect the car to be brand new after 34 months. We have been leasing for over 2 decades and take care of our cars.
