My wife and I purchased our 2014 Fj Cruiser in 2017. At the time of purchase we also paid for an extended warranty, offered by the dealership. Shortly after the purchase we were notified the extended warranty would not be "Honored" due to the fact the vehicle had been in Guam. Our payment was returned and we were told to look elsewhere for an extended warranty. We have been unable to find anyone willing to provide us an extended warranty as provided by the dealership, at the time of purchase. We love the vehicle but feel, first, the dealership and then Toyota, did not "Honor" the sale by "NOT" informing us of the extended warranty issue or of the fact we most
likely, would not find anyone else willing to provide us an extended warranty originally offered by the dealership. Were we deceived when purchasing our Toyota?, only the dealership and Toyota know that. We do believe a level of deception was in place when we purchased our Toyota though. If, after researching the facts, you find any taint of dishonesty or misrepresentation; Toyota, must as a matter of "Honor" correct the matter. Thank you, Michael Hodge
