Sir, my wife and I are in love with our 2012 Camry hybrid, almost as much as we loved our 1st gen Scion xB. So when we decided to replace our 2007 Pilot we thought we had found our dream car â a white 2019 Avalon Limited hybrid with all the safety packages. Please imagine our frustration, after placing a deposit on the car, when we discovered the Toyota would allow us to configure the car on its website but apparently wonât build the car. The folks at San Luis Toyota have been most knowledgeable, polite, and responsive â but they are unable to find the car we want in your inventory. This is the first time in my 77 years that I have shown up with cash and been told that I canât buy a car in your catalog. Iâm disappointed.
