To whom it may Concern,
I am writing you regarding my experience at your dealer today Monday April 30th.
I had an appointment at 2:30 PM and (I just got home writing this at 6:00PM) for my regular oil change and tire rotation with Mr Fernando Avila that was my advisor(Really bad attitude).
In the past services When the tire rotation were performed that my tires stood in the same place.
How to prove that was my question so I marked the rear tires and I took pictures of it to see
if I was wrong o correct about your service or better to say your no service performed.
For my surprise,I was correct.The four tires were in the same place when I left the car at the dealer.
I spoke to Mr Avila and he said to order a rotation.
He came back and said to me that nobody is available to do that.
I said no problem,I just want a refund and I want to speak with the manager.
He said in really bad attitude that I had to move my car from where the driver of the dealer left it.
I said,I will when I speak to a manager and I get the refund.
So Mr Avila said to me that it was going to be easy to remove my car and I said to him do it and I will sue your dealer.
To make this worst,Mr Avila started attending ALL the people in the waiting area to make me waste as most as time possible there and I said to him,keep doing that,I can wait here all day.
Like I said this is not the first time that this type of situation is happening at this dealer.
Just to mention one in other oil change service at this dealer I found oil over the engine's cover and also I found that one of the nipple
that support this cover was missing and I had to got to this dealer again to get a replacement.
To end this complaint about this service experience at Toyota of Hollywood I don't think you want to lose a customer
for $19.95 saving on a tire rotation you never performed.
Now I wonder if your people really take this serious and change the oil and filter or just keep it there for ever and ruin the cars to other people to get more money in services.
It is really sad for me to take this action because I love this brand for years but this type of situations are unacceptable.
