Subject: Poor Quality of Toyota Corolla Dash board (Interior)
Dear Sir,
My Name is Gopakumar, a Toyota Customer from past 14 Years (I was Using Toyota Corolla from 2006 onwards) and because of that good brand/model, when I was planning to change my car I don’t have any doubt to buy a new corolla and I bought a 2014 Model Toyota Corolla (brand New from AAB-Doha Qatar).
Now It’s almost Five-year-old and I am very much disappointed about the interior of this car. Every thing else is ok, but unfortunately my Cars Dash board is melting like “Asphalt / bitumen”.
Initially it was started before 2 year but not much crucial. At that time, I was feeling like same when you touch your finger on a “glue/Chewing Gum”.
But now this is getting more worst and Cars Dash board is melting like “Asphalt / bitumen”.
Couple of days back I went to Toyota Service Centre and discussed this issue and they treated me well by saying that they register a complaint and will contact me back soon. But unfortunately, I did not get any call/update from them.
If any mechanical or other Problem then you can tell that it happened because of the bad driving, but this is purely because of the bad/poor Quality of material / manufacturing defect.
I have Videos and Photos for the same and I cant send the video due to the higher size of file
Please help me / advise me to solve this issue.
