TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION
Toyota, Aichi, Japan
President and CEO
Dear Mr. Akio Toyoda,
Initially, I am, somehow, glad to find a situation in which I have a connection with one of the great-grandsons of Mr. Kiichiro Toyoda, the founder of Toyota company. Unfortunately, I canât be so happy longer about this connection. Indeed, I am so sad, disappointed and a little bit angry at Toyota Company about one of its products.
I am a Canadian citizenship and I live in Canada with my family. About four years ago, we bought a Toyota Camry LE 2002. We were so happy with this purchase because all my family members liked Toyota cars. Personally, it was a dream for me having a Camry Toyota car. We bought a Toyota car because we believed to several factors about the brand. Firstly, we trusted the Toyota cars, because they were made by the smartest and more humble people on the earth. Second, we believed a Toyota car doesnât need a lot of money for repair it. Finally, we were sure that a Toyota car doesnât use a lot of gas, which is so expensive in Canada.
By considering all factors about saving money and buying an affordable and desirable car, we decided to buy a Toyota Camry LE. Unfortunately, the car suddenly stopped working after four years. It was so wired because we didnât see any other cars of other brands, even the worst brand, like our car. It doesnât work not at all, and we put it in the garbage. We lost the money that we spent to buy the car, while we lost our beliefs to Toyota Motor Company as a reliable company as well. It is more than two months we donât have a car, and we suffered a lot in the long and cold winter of Canada.
I really will be appreciated if you respond to me about this problem and solve it. I am so thankful for your cooperation in advance and I am waiting for your answer.
Regards
