NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE
Dear Mr. Dykhouse:
Please be advised that Spectrum is in breach of contract for (at least) the following reasons:
My rates were raised without due notification.
I pay for 24/7/365 connectivity for cable and Internet services; I am not getting it.
I am being discriminated against as a customer - Spectrum is offering better services for less money to other Spectrum customers in my area.
All pertinent Federal and State of Texas agencies with purview over cable and Internet service providers will be informed.
I await your prompt and courteous reply; otherwise, I will seek redress in a court of law.
By the way, please don't have a low-echelon customer service agent "representing the Executive Office" contact me in your stead; I will consider that a personal affront, which will just add to my body of evidence.
If you think I'm bluffing, you're wrong, so don't take that chance!
Sincerely,
Stuart
