I am a ford customer that purchased 2 vehicles 1-30-16.
For 2 months part number has been on back order. Today I found out it will be another 6mo. This is not acceptable. I cannot afford 2 car payments and rental car payments for a vehicle that should have been repaired in a week.
No one calls me back and no one offers a solution for a problem that is clearly a Ford issue. This is a national back order.
I am hoping that you will respect that I am a loyal ford customer and will call me to help resolve this issue.
I understand you are busy and this is not part of your normal day to day activities, but I would like some resolution to this problem. I cannot be the only 2016 mustang owner experiencing this problem.
