Please call me, its in regards to a vehicle 2016 Altima Ive purchased brand new and Im having issues that havent been able to be repaired. I have Lupus and this issue is affecting my health to the point my Dr has had to step in. I have anxiety and panic attacks while in the car due to being afraid and unsafe in it. I dont know if its going to catch fire or malfunction to the point that it causes an accident. I was told by the finance manager, the GM and service manager that they would do a buy back since the car has been in numerous times. Theven window also roll down on its on while driving and theyve had to reset the ECU, I dont feel safe in that car and I would like to get this situation over with so I can get back to my life.
