Past 3 months I called all BBT's1800 numbers, seek help from Branch Manager in Charlotte, filed 2 complaints,... but have not seen my escrow refund check of $2,200.00 yet. I have so many empty promised from your bank and nowhere to cash them. We refinanced with another bank over 3 months ago and we are due for escrow refund. In past we had couple mortgages and credit cards with BBT and NEVER, EVER been single day late! Now we demand ours money back!
