Please can someone help me get my account straightened out. I have been incorrectly billed since Sep 2015 when I changed from a business account to a residence account. Every month I get a new rep who assures me they have corrected the problem and every month I have to call in again. 5 months of calling in .. Really? I worked for ATT for 31 years and this would not be tolerated. Someone should take the responsibility to follow up each month and make sure this is right.
