please contact me as your executive office folks are not competent enough to handle a simple problem. I just want to see how far this can go to get rectified. I will say that your people love to put people on a brief hold that may be 10 minutes or longer and then tell you to call back. You should be embarrassed about using outsourced call centers that speak very poor english. I guess I have gotten lucky to go from the phillipians to mexico and then when i get to the us they cant understand why i am so angry. You should really work on better training and customer service. If you think you have what it takes to be a ceo and think you can return a call to a disgruntled customer feel free and then I will know that you care, otherwise I will send copies of all coorespondeces and recordings of all phone calls to a buddy of mine at the WSJ and see if they want to print a story.
