I have been on phone calls to Best Buy reps over 9.5 hrs and have spoken to 30 people, and STILL no resolution to my issue with them processing an auto-debit to my checking account after specifically calling and telling them not to. I have incurred bank fees due to their error. I need your help. Please call!
