Please have a look into my account. I have tried repeatedly to settle my account. I originally purchased some sandals while I was travelling in Hawaii. These sandals cost 25.31. When I got the bill in Canada I send a cheque for the 25.31. My mistake I thought by putting Us my bank would just debit me for the Canadian amount. So I ended up short paying my first bill. I called and was told they would only charge me a 2.00 late fee. So I mailed another cheque this time over the amount to make sure I covered everything. They applied all of that amount to the account. I should of had a credit. I have called several times every time getting a number to call. I was told that they would not be charging all of those ridiculous late fees. I have been told that at least twice. The last time I called I was given PCI4580 and he told me not to worry about the bills that kept coming in that it would take 2 to 3 billing cycles to make the account to zero. Take away all of the late charges. This still has not happened. What am I supposed to do to clear this up?
