James sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation – email address that said:
Please have Brian contact me via my email address: I have tried unsuccessfully for 7 months to get a response from the corporate office of Target regarding a program we have started at our local church where parishioners purchase Target gift cards and they are distributed to members of our food pantry. I'm hoping the CEO will respond to a fellow Queens boy born around the same time.
