PLEASE HELP!!! I need your help getting my refrigerator delivered and old refrigerator hauled away. Here are the following events that has taken place:
March 31 - bought refrigerator (Reynoldsburg, Ohio) When sending notes to delivery people, Jordan (sales clerk) wrote that I had a 48" subzero that would need hauled away.
April 3 - frig to be delivered and old frig hauled away ($15.00)
April 2 -they called saying, there was a scheduling error and they would not be delivering Sunday. I would receive phone call Sunday night that would provide me with a time that they will be delivering Monday.
April 3 - they called delivery would be in the afternoon. I had to decline b/c of work schedule.
April 4 - they called delivery would be in the afternoon/morning. I had to decline b/c of work schedule. I call Best Buy and asked if I could have a "my time delivery," they said, they were booked the entire week.
April 5 - they called with delivery time. I decided to take the day off b/c at this point, I have been without a frig for 5 days.
April 6 - They came with only two men which they were unable to remove my frig so i had no place to put the new. I called to schedule a new delivery time. I explain, I just took the day off and I can not afford to take another day. He said, this will be emailed to corporate office b/c delivery was messed up. He said, he could see in the notes that it was a 48" frig.
April 7 - Carol from corporate office called (a very long conversation, to long to type). She would not be at work on April 8, but someone will call to schedule a delivery time.
April 8 - I never heard from anyone. I called Best Buy and they said,, they would email people. I asked if I could get delivery on April 9 b/c Im in desperate need of a frig. I never heard from anyone.
April 10 - phone call from delivery people to schedule for Monday April 11. Again, within my time to be at work. I couldn't except delivery.
April 11 - phone call from delivery people to schedule for Tuesday April 12. Again, within my time to be at work. I couldn't except delivery. I called them asking if they could deliver after I get off work, they said, no. I was then forced to push it out to Saturday April 16.
April 16 - The showed up to my house again without the proper man power. On the paper work it read that it was a 48" frig. I called Best Buy again. They will email people.
I just keep getting the run around. Every person I speak to is going to email someone "higher up" and I should here from someone soon. Soon never seems to come. I am now going on 17 day without a frig. I do not have my new one I bought and my old no longer works. So 17 days trying to get a new frig is unbelievable. Can you at least try to help me.................PLEASE! You are my last resort. I bought this frig on your scratch and dent sale. This fit into my budget, so that is why I haven't went some where else to buy.
