Please help... I ordered a t.v and a Barbie dream house for my children for Christmas, I received the t.v but the doll house has not came. I called and spoke to a Tracy and she said its lost ! Also out of stock! The only thing she said they could do would be a refund. Now that's a problem because the money will not be back on the card until after Christmas!! Please help!
