Please help me. I am having no problem with the personal attention at the local location for a equity loan. $100,000 @ 3%. It was to be easy smeezey. I did every thing the loan people did within one business day. I had received the preapproved offer in the mail and a great rep Lauren Brown helped me through it. However, I am shocked and dismayed by the attitude, ineptness, rudeness, of the folks in Rhode Island. The delay is unbelievable. The woman who originally called me Kathy would either not call me back or not answer . At some point I was told I was conditionally approved pending docs they had already been sent. It happened again yesterday! Now they have lowered the terms of my loan without informing me, due to a credit card debt which I agreed that they would pay. Actually, I can pay it with my citizens MM acct $! please help me
