Victoria Petty sent a message to Dan Schulman , President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
Please help me, I have been a PayPal user for over ten years. Never had any problem with it. Yet in the last month things have gone terribly wrong with my account. I have two payment options linked to my account. I have a primary payment choice through my eBay account. However, for some reason over the last month, they have been charging my other account at Bank of America. Not the primary. This has resulted in a huge overdraft, battle which I had to stop with stop payments, which cost a fee as well. I have contacted PayPal customer service several times, to stop doing this. It is still continuing. The customer service agents haven't helped me at all, and I am up to almost $500.00 in fees, not to mention they are ruining my eBay reputation, which has always been good. The merchandise ordered, it's less than $100.00 and should have been payed for instantly by my primary payment choice. It wasn't. Please help me to repair this issue, I don't have the money to keep covering the bank fees that shouldn't be there in the first place. How can I fix this? I don't want to close my accounts, I use PayPal often, and we'll be traveling soon. I will need it, but now I'm feeling a bit insecure about it, as I don't know if my money will be processed correctly. I would be grateful for any help or advice you can provide me. Thank you for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Victoria
