My order on December 18th ordered mens jacket online for $99 went to Richfield store to pick up and b/c can't use coupons on line returned jacket and rebought same jacket for $89. On December 21 YOUR COMPANY took another $99 out of my account. Called 12-22 and spoke to a CSR-Rachael she advised me yes error we get reimbursement 2 days. called again spoke to Althena advised yes error. called 12-31 spoke to Veronica and SUPERVISOR SUMMER who advised yes DICKS OWES YOU $99. TODAY Still no reinbursment.
Your company admits to error but has not resolved problem. To say I'm frustrated well Im sure you can guess. I want resolution w/in 48 hours and a call .
This is embarrassing to your company.
