Please I need someone to help with this situation.
I have written several emails with no response, made call but there is no direct contact with the limitations department, requested for phone calls but no response. Please could appreciate if someone can objectively look into the situation to get a lasting solution.
I received an email that my account was limited/ closed for a listing on eBay for a face cream (181707666969), the email states that the face cream is a prescription cream, I am assuming that this issue could be an error or a glitch on the system.
In march 2017 two associates from your department Ms. Jody and Ms Michelle comb through all my listings including the said listing, gave me the list of all my listings that had to be removed because it contained hydroquinone, during the removal process, I had goods worth nothing less than $8000 taken off my listing still in storage that I cannot list on eBay. Prior to this I had almost 1000 listings, I currently have only 700 listings. I have not sold any narcotics,firearms, medical equipment or prescription. I pay all my taxes due to the government, as a law abiding US citizen.
This is my main source of income with a mortgage, bills and kids to put through school. I have been unable to make any sales since the 13th which has completely crippled my family, the money on the account $1670 is also on hold.
Please look into my account, I make sales of over $200,000 in 12 month. currently my physical inventory of goods is over $190,000. I just took out a loan and purchased large inventory, of sale for the holiday season.
This situation will completely bankrupt my family.
