Please, please get some customer service people Who understand southern English. I went through customer service hell. I have been a customer for 10 years. My radio stopped working, I needed a new cable, the one I sent would not fit my all radio. I wanted a new radio and cable. They sent me a cable no radio. I called today to cancel account. They said they would send me a new radio and cable for free. On May 17 I purchased a $39.92 for a cable. I wanted to get a refund for that cable. They told me I wouldn't get a new radio free because I have been for so long. Then we need to get an account specialist to refund the cable I bought. After 40 minutes of waiting to find an account specialist and being transferred to another customer service , I had all I could take. Can you not get some Real Americans to help in customer service. Thank you
