I have been a customer for many years and have been satisfied until now. I bought carpet 3yrs ago and it was installed incorrectly. Home Depot agreed to come and correct the mistake but have not done so yet. They have been making excuses over and over. I would like to remain a loyal customer however if this cannot be rectified I will have no choice but to report to the better business bureau and social media
