Sarah sent a message to Vittorio Colao CEO, Vodafone that said:
Please, please, please could you arrange for someone to resolve my complaint - it's simple! I agreed an upgrade contract 12 days ago and was told the phone would be delivered in 2 to 4 days. I have called 191 every day for the last 5 days and spoke to over 20 agents but no one has called me back. Each person I have been transferred to promises to call me back to confirm the order/delivery BUT NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. All they can confirm to me is their first name therefore I have no way to contact them and each day and have to trust that they will resolve my issue. Every call lasts at least an hour and I get transferred at least 4 times before someone says they can/will help. I have also tried web chat but the person I was chatting to did not reply to me (he said he needed 5 mins to look at my account and after 30mins still hadn't replied to me) I have also completed the complaints form and feedback to the CEO web page but not had a reply or call back from either. Please help!!!!!!!
