Please put back online public access to Window Stickers.
I currently own 3 fords. That is, my son, my daughter I. I have owned others in the past. I am looking to buy another Expedition soon.
I tow a boat. Sales guys never know what a tow package is. They think a hitch is the same has having the heavy duty tow package. Being sales guys, they insist upon it. I have to schlep over to the dealership only to find out they were wrong--again and again. It gets old. It tests my loyalty. Previously, i could get the VIN, look up the window sticker and know if the HD Tow package was there. Why did you stop our access?
I wish you would put back access to Ford window stickers.
