Please read this email! I have always purchased Kenmore washing and drying machines and today I am 65 years old. I did buy your front loading washing machine the 1st year they came out but within 1 month, mold started growling in my machine, it took me one year to resold that problem with help from a TV help reporter.I did go back to Sears and buy the machines I have now. I am concern because I am getting close to having to buying a new washing machine. The machines you have in the stores now I do not want a single model you have today. I want to be the one to choose if I want a water saving machine or the machines you carried forever, large capacity, no lock top, and a center agitator. Please be the 1st company to bring back the machines your company made for ever, I know that you will make more money then you could ever believe, there are hundred of thounder's of people who would like to go back to a machine that was a work horse and did not have to be afraid of mold, to much shaking, not enough water to wash your clothes, and the machine exploding. I would like a response back. A loyal Sears Kenmore customer!!!
