I'm a new personal checking account holder and would appreciate some assistance with my account.
I was able to successfully open and fund my account earlier this month, but upon trying to activate my debit card, I discovered a security hold had been placed on my account. I have contacted several PNC departments on multiple occasions, but have not been able to re-gain access to my account. As such, I would appreciate your help with this matter.
Several of my family members are long-time customers who've been very pleased with their experiences with PNC, so I look forward to building a long relationship with PNC, as well.
