Dear Mr. Demchak.
My husband and I recently received our stimulus bank card.
We chose to use your PNC ATM for our transactions located at 14520 John Rex Blvd. Raleigh NC. (address stated on receipt). My husband at age 72 was not as fast as the machine required him to be, when he went to take the cash the machine took it back.
To make matters worse the machine printed him out a false receipt. The machine took the money back and never recalculated the balance.
We were told by one of your representatives to call the number on the back of the card, which we did, only to be told we would have to fill out a questioner
and send it back.
We have now been put into a completely unnecessary waiting mode to receive these much needed funds and afraid to use the machine for any remaining balance.
We can appreciate the security issues involved, however, there simply must be simpler approach.
The ATM does not print out the correct balance on funds taken back, how is that possible?
We are asking you to please look into this issue as the bank is now in possession of the funds we so desperately need.
