@PNCNews – William Demchak – Dear Mr. Demchak, I appreciate you having a public e-mail and I pray this message

Dr. David Cutich sent a message to William Demchak that said:

Dear Mr. Demchak,

I appreciate you having a public e-mail and I pray this message actually gets to you. This current pandemic has stressed the resources of many, due to factors beyond our control. None of us asked for this, but it was correctly forced on us by the government to diminish the effects of COVID-19. I have owned a small, successful chiropractic office in Beaver, PA for 34 years. While I am considered an essential business, patient flow through the office is 50-60% of normal. Due to this I reached out to PNC concerning home mortgage payment deferments. I have spoken to 4-5 people, the last being a mortgage specialist. I have sent in numerous e-mails, letters and a hardship application. I have been rejected every time, being told that deferment is not an option, only forbearance. What good is forbearance if your revenue stream has been cut in half? The money will not magically appear in three months. PNC bought my mortgage from my lender, without my input of course, and I have never missed or been late on a payment. Now when I ask for a bit of help, you reject me. Your corporation has assets near $393 billion and you made a profit of $5.3 billion last year! And you can't extend a helping hand? Most all national and regional banks are gladly offering deferments. This will naturally result in much negative publicity if you don't reverse your stance. Can you please help?
