I have made two payments of $25,000.00 and $20,000.00 that when properly applied to the errant mortgage balance would make for a credit of $2,207.38 thereby lawfully requiring PNC BANK for tendering a Satisfaction Piece and a remittance for $2,207.38.
Since the 2014 inception of the unlawful foreclosure action against Lot No. 19 in Ligonier Township, PA by KML Law I have been requesting the payment history in order for proving I made such payments for my mortgage, and to date I have not been provided such.
I am respectfully requesting your help so I can sell Lot No. 19 as such sale has been delayed for over three years due to this matter.
