My loan # 0002575424 was paid off in full. PNC has sent a letter to my current lien holder which appears to have been written by a 10-year old person. Truist bank is not accepting this letter as it does not even have the PNC logo on top. This loan payoff has to be reported by PNC to the county (Gwinnett county). The young person who answered (after a 45-minute wait) was not sure if this was done. I am very disappointed and upset with such tardy service. Could you kindly help me to get all this straightened out please. I am a physician with 50 years of experience. I still conduct free clinics for the poor with no insurance despite my own fight with cancer. Your help is very much appreciated and would like to thank you in advance. Gid Bless.
