I need assistance with obtaining the balance from my adopted son and daughter's Savings Accounts (Brady and Victoria Rapacz) that we closed 5 weeks ago. I am the parent on the account. We moved from OH to TX. A virtual branch opened in The Woodlands, TX 77380. I went there a little over a month ago (07/28/20) and closed the accounts and updated our address. A check for each Savings Account was to be mailed to me in TX. PNC mailed the checks to my old address in OH. I was put in touch with a case worker, Amanda Cisco. She said she would stop payment on the OH issued checks and overnight the new checks to me last Monday (09/14/20). The checks still have not arrived. I have attempted to reach Amanda regarding the missing checks. No response. I am extremely upset that I have had to make numerous calls and I still DO NOT have the money after about 5 weeks. Can you please assist me obtain these funds ASAP. I hope this can be resolved quickly before I need to escalate this any further. Thank you for your attention!
