My name is William Johnson I went to one of your atms on Tuesday September 29th 2020 at 2 n main st Dallastown pa at 6:42 pm to do a transaction to withdraw 300.00 form your atm the money came down but latch would not open.Called your customer service and was told that your bank is not responcable for my money being stuck in YOUR atm machine this is not the way to do business.YOUR atm was not working properly which is not any fault of mine.so I woukd like to know how in the world it is ok to do this to a person a hard working person.300.00 dollars may be nothing to you sir but it is to my family.so how it it right for you and your bank keeping my money?
