@PNCNews – William Demchak – I was a customer with a checking account and equity line of credit until 2/8/19

Clifford J Wololey sent a message to William Demchak that said:

I was a customer with a checking account and equity line of credit until 2/8/19 when I closed my checking account and on 2/22/19 when my loan will be paid off it stated with a transaction error made by a teller at your branch on RT 70 in Bricktown NJ after contacting your customer service team a PNC staff member Sandy Jacobs hung up on me then when I contacted the branch manger Jeff Davis trying again to correct the error I got no where. He was rude and could have cared less of my problem. It was disappointing to have to move on to another bank but I was given no choice. I was told by Mr. Davis that he was the highest level bank employee that would speak to me other then customer service to resolve my problem which a month later still had no been resolved hence closing my account and paying of my loan by refinancing with another bank. I would greatly appreciate you or one of your executive team contact me on this matter.
