Mr. Demchak thank you for taking the time to read this. While I do believe it will never get to you I have to try. I have a problem that it seems only upper management at PNC can address. Long stor y short I purchased property with my brother in 1989 financed through 1st of America bank, the were bought out by National city bank who in tur was purchased by PNC. After I payed off the loan the title was never cleared for the property and it is now holding up my sale. Ok maybe not short at all lol sorry. 1st of America told me records were destroyed in a fire or flood I don't remember what they told me. I am in contact with Louann Pirrman (louann.pirrman@pnc.com) one of your employees who is doing a wonderful job assisting me. So much I am seriously considering moving my accounts over from Bank of America because of her exceptional customer service. Well it seems record of my account cannot, so far, be found. My question to you would be. I paid off 1st of America if not the balance due would have carried over through all the bank sales. Could you approve a discharge so I can move forward with the sale of my property? If you have questions please contact me and I would be happy to answer. I really hope this e mail doesn't fall on deaf ears as I am desperate. I really tried to keep it short lol
