My wife and I have been PNC customers for approximately 10 years. For quite some time we have been receiving promotional material in the mail from PNC. We are not interested in this and I hoped that I could stop the constant nuisance caused by this practice. I was able to put a stop in for myself after contacting the responsible department. However, they would not discontinue this for my wife, as she was not here to confirm this desire. We never asked for this material in the first place, so I fail to understand why she needs to confirm we want it stopped. We want it stopped and would appreciate any help you could lend in this regard. In addition, you should know that the second person I spoke with regarding the matter was quite rude. Over the years we have been fairly happy with PNC and would like to remain customers. However, I have spent entirely too much time trying to correct a simple issue. I understand that I cannot stop the flood of this material fro other banking institutions, but it should not be too much to ask my bank to stop. Again, any assistance you can lend to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
