Please help I have been trying to get your bank paid on a second trust debt 33K bankruptcy done 9 yrs ago lien never removed Property sold enough to pay first trust found out about second during title search. PNC process caused the first buyer to walk away after their loan lock ran out. Re-sold the property will be paying about 50 cents on the dollar now they(PNC) are asking for wet signatures during a Pandemic . the First trust holder is very cooperative PNC not so much. If this deal goes south the first will foreclose and PNC will get nothing but no one there seem to care . PLease advise Respectfully John Harrison
