I have had absolutely the WORST experience with PODS and especially the customer service center, which in no way has shown any CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I cannot reach anyone to help me deal with my issue and get me a refund for my miserable experience and all the $$ it cost me for NOT showing up until 4 days after my scheduled delivery date. I had PAID laborers waiting to unload. No one gave a courtesy call to let us know my deliver would not arrive. I had to call 4 times and finally they gave the excuse that their forklift was down.
I mean this is what you do for a living, and they can't rent one from Penske right down the street less than a mile? My boyfriend flew in just to help unload and he was put out also. Four days is a heck of a long time waiting for your stuff. This wasn't a Pizza delivery this was my life on hold.
Please let me know that you care about your customers and can make this right. I'm extremely sick of calling the call center in Florida, they all have the exact same attitude and I get no where.
