My husband and I have spent over $15K already with PODS and we are disappointed that Amie Kohne is unwilling to work with us on clearing up a problem. It should be simple. We were quoted on 1 of the 4 Pods we have rented that it would be less because we would store on site without the temperature controlled storage and therefore would pay less on that pod. It WAS documented one of the team members said it was. Now Amie is telling us it wasn't said. Why would we keep one out in the weather if this was the case. No one seems to want to help us out here so I am writing to you. Bad press is never good for a business and I would never recommend to Pods if this is the way we are treated. Please contact us regarding this problem. Thank you.
