Hello,
we are super upset about no one getting back to us to pick up our pod now for 5 days.
We were told to call about 5 days ahead to schedule pickup, so we did, then they told us that it will 14 days by the time the next available day for pickup is.
we are closing on our home this Friday, today and we need the POD picked up by no later than Monday July 2nd. Please check into it, because we called Monday the 25th again to talk to manager and as of today no one called us back 🙁
We can not have the POD sitting here on a house we do not own and I do not want to pay rentback to the buyers.
WE used you guys before on our previous move but this time were not happy w customer service 🙁
