I hope you can assist me with the service we have been receiving in the Chicago land area.

When we call for assistance all the customer service staff say they will send an email...

We originally placed a quote online and when we went to confirm we changed the drop off address. At that time we were informed that the original dates from the quote where no longer available...

PODS where picked up in a timely manner but everything after that has been a nightmare! My husband has probably made 10 calls and all he is told is that an email will be sent!

Last Saturday we drove up to the Elgin location and spoke with a driver named Richard who was able to assist us with having the 2 PODS removed from our yard & drive way. Now we are being told that our 3rd POD will not be delivered until July 3rd.

All of the confusion is regarding the fact that we had to change the address... Not one of the customer service personnel asked for the correct address!!
